Morgen wieder arbeiten und die Aussicht darauf drückt die Stimmung.

Bürokratie-Irrsinn, Listen, Formulare, Präsentationen, Meetings, Termin-Hetze, Gelaber, Selbstdarstellung, Corporate Identity, Compliance, neue Prozesse und SOPs.... Konzern-Wahnsinn halt.

Der Sinn bleibt vollkommen auf der Strecke, Eigentinitiative wird begraben. Jeder Millimeter Bewegung, jedes bisschen Fortschritt braucht eine immense Kraftanstrengung und macht so müde.

Warum tue ich es trotzdem? Weil das Leben Geld kostet, auch wenn ich echt keine Verschwenderin bin.

Der Erwerbsdruck für die paar Leute, die noch arbeiten gehen, ist immens hoch. Steuern, Sozialabgaben und die von oben gezielt durchgesetzte Erhöhung der Lebenshaltungskosten erfordern, dass das Hamsterrad immer schneller getreten werden muss.

Leben hier macht keinen Spaß mehr.

Deutschland war noch nie ein Land für Dolce Vita, für Laissez-faire. Aber wer was konnte und was leistete, hatte ein ordentliches Auskommen, lebte in einem modernen, sicheren und funktionierendem Land und hatte seine Ruhe. Es hat insgesamt gepasst.

Diese Abmachung wurde politikseitig gekündigt.

Übrigens maßgeblich und beginnend durch Frau Merkel, Mitglied der CDU, Volkspartei der bürgerlichen Mitte, der Wirtschaftsfreundlichkeit und des Ausgleichs.

Ich hab es zigmal gesagt und wiederhole mich: CDU / CSU sind das Übelste, was es an Parteien gibt. Der vollkommene Verrat an den Wählern, die komplette Beliebigkeit in Positionen und Werten.

Alle anderen Parteien richten sich zumindest noch rudimentär an ihre angestammten Wählerschichten.

CDU und CSU richten sich nur nach ihren Pöstchen.

Met a German founder this week and asked him if all the stories one reads about the challenges of startups in Germany are exaggerated. "No, they're understated."
