@pansnheki At least Belarus has clear legal exchange points where you can convert rubles to USDT and back. But even those I’d compare through BestChange by rate, reserve, and recent reviews, because legality doesn’t automatically guarantee a good rate

но ююезу всё равно остаётся бытовой вопрос где потом нормально купить или продать актив
обычно я заранее смотрю реальные предложения через BestChange, чтобы понимать доступные курсы и ликвидность
