Marketed myself as MTD support professional for 3yrs. No takers so I just handed out cards. First MTD quarter ended 30 June. First panicked call from a sole trader last night. Letters from HMRC to those who missed the deadline will land on mats after the 7 August..I'm ready!!

If you have a side hustle on Airbnb, Etsy, Uber, Ebay etc and don't declare income earned via them over £1k pa, then watch out! From 1.1.24 new regs mean these platforms will report your income to HMRC. So declare it on your tax return or expect penalties.

@AvantiWestCoast I emailed to ask how I collect tickets from station if card I booked with has expired. You sent an auto generated reply telling me how to change the tickets to a different date or time.
How do I collect tickets from station if card I booked on has expired???
