Then I get the nursing home dishes wash them . After that I clean up the dish room and wash down the sinks. Drain the machine and shut it down. Sit down for thirty minutes and then go home.

I have to repeat cleaning out the huge food carts. Wash all that stuff and then the nursing home carts start coming and I have to wash that immediately as they arrive. But I might still have other items left over from the big food carts that i washed so I send all that first.

So, by the time I get finished with everything it's about three o'clock.
I sit down for fifteen minutes. I get up go make the juice cart and take it to the line. Serve the veterans food around 4:45 to 5:30. Clean up , got to dish , all the carts come all over again.

After, I get the food carts done and washed at the same time the carts from the nursing home start coming and they can't wait so , I wash them along with the other dishes and pans that I already washed.

Wash all the dishes that are already in the sink. After I get them washed ,then I will start to get the giant food carts coming in and I unload all that and wash everything.

When I get to work,I am going straight in change and clean the fryers add new oil. Go , get the snack cart and fill it with snacks take it back. Set up dish and change the water in the machine.
