@ScotiabankJM When an employee is going to make a note on an acc that the acc is dormant, doesnt it make sense to just send an email/text to the customer so the customer can know to go in the bank and update their acc?
How will a cust know this if you dont contact the cust?

@ScotiabankJM I paid $3,030 for a letter of closure for a CC I,pad off 3grs ago and was told i'll get the letter in 3 to to 5 days, it is now 3 weeeks and a rep just told me I still wont get it this week. What is the repercussion for this?

@ScotiabankJM So I called cust serv again and a Nelicia told me she saw a note made on the acc this morning at 7:55am that they tried to rehimburst the $1450 owed to me but the business acc is dormant. When asked I was told it is dormant from 2022, so from Feb 6th 2025 nobody knew this?

@ScotiabankJM No matter who the hell I speak with about this whether in branch or over the phone, nobody seem to be competent enough to close an account that as already paid for and send a letter proving it has been closed.

@ScotiabankJM I spoke with more than half a dozen people working for Scotia & nobody can get this thing right & I paid money for insurance on the new vehicle and its just parked and I cant get it to drive because of you people. As a result you will be hearing from my attorney about this!

@ScotiabankJM I have a vehicle that I paid more than 2 millon towards insurance, deposit, processing fee, and I cant get the vehicle because the bank that im working with need to see the credit card acc with you people as "closed," because it is on my credit report as "open."

@ScotiabankJM The payment was made in 2022, almost 3 yrs ago, and it is still showing on my credit report as "open." Scotia should have closed the account from the time the card was paid off, and now this is showing on my credit report. I will be meeting my attorney on Monday to take action

@ScotiabankJM I paid $3030 at Fairview Montego Bay for a letter of closure for a credit card that I oaid off from 2022. The female told me I woukd get the letter in 3 to 5 days, it is now Fevruary 28th and I still cant get the letter.

@ScotiabankJM I paid off my CC balance 3 yrs now and you guys have that old CC on open status and cause it to stay on my credit report, best believe I will be asking my attorney if you guys can be sued for this.

@ScotiabankJM Monday a rep that told me I will get a refund to my bank acc because I over paid on my old CC 3yrs ago but yet when I call back cust serv this morning they said the balance is still on the old CC acc and I still wont get my letter of closure that I paid $3030 for

@ScotiabankJM I went into Fairview branch and a young lady charged me $3,030 for a letter of closure for a credit card and told me i'll get it in 3 to 5 days, now 3 weeks have past and I still cant get it. After paying and I asked for a receipt, she told me she cant give me one

@NationalRums @monymuskrum the manager/s at Clarendon Distillers told us that our machine wasnt being used & when we went to service the machine we saw the machine in operation, that was from last year; & payment for that period is not forthcoming & no communication.

@NationalRums rum is the most addictive substance, it was also reported that rum was short for Christmas, so how does a company that produce rum in Jamaica refuse to pay for service that contribute to the production of rum?

@NationalRums , manager Michael Dunkley of Clarendon Distillers hired compressor service from last year and payment isnt being made nor any contact. My my machine was also being used without my knowledge and only found out because I sent a mechanic to service the machine.
