I was coming on here to write a positive post about how we have 8 days left on voting, and how you should go vote! Before i did that i went and checked to see if anyone new had voted, and they did.

Not going to lie here, I'm pretty damn burnt out. Someone who i really trusted to have our back and talk to me in detail before writing a thesis level rationale on our proposal just completely ripped us a new one. I swear it seems like people mold their rationale to favor their emotions not facts.

If you want to vote NO, just vote NO, but don't just flatout make stuff up in your rationale to fit your narrative, and then throw me a pity ABSTAIN vote. I've worked too hard and fought too hard for Cardano to keep being treated like this by people I respected and had open communication lines with.

I'm not here to shoot anyone else down but where do you people expect Cardano to go when all the outgoing, passionate builders leave? Hobbyists and enthusiasts? This is embarrassing to me man, i spent 12 months curating this relationship just for people to continually ask "why does this need blockchain"?? You have a company that does real life revenue, asking to build here, and you are just saying fuck off???

I've tried my best to remain positive, continue to make the push towards the proposal, continue to answer every single question asked. Then the people who tell me to "keep going!" just literally screw me over without even asking me their questions personally? I literally don't know what else to do at this point, we made the entire thing a loan with a 5% permanent revenue share, at the request of the community, and we keep receiving "how does this benefit Cardano". Truly astonishing.

IDK how much longer i can do this for, sorry for crashing out but our governance blows right now. The hypocrisy is rampant, there is no uniformity, and burning people out left and right.

Time to start looking for opportunity where people actually seem to care about their builders and not just core infrastructure and scaling a chain with no adoption.
