Introducing my new side project: My Creator Pass 🎫

This idea started about 6 months ago when I came across a company mentioning that you could send push notifications through wallet passes on iOS and Android.

That got me thinking: could we leverage the native wallet tech built into everyone’s phone to send branded push notifications - without needing to build an app?

The answer turned out to be yes 😃

I knew I couldn’t do it alone though. I needed a co-founder with serious coding skills to help bring it to life. That’s when I reached out to my longtime friend @Nodirbay, a super talented AI developer. Over the last 4 months, we’ve been doing weekly night work sessions - and together, we built it.

Unlike most of my SaaS projects, I didn’t build this one in public (honestly, I wasn’t sure if we could even pull it off). But now it’s here, it works, and it’s ready for creators to try.

What makes this special?
While wallet passes are usually for boarding passes or event tickets, we’ve repurposed the tech so creators can use it to directly notify their audience.

🎙️ Podcasters can instantly alert listeners when a new episode drops.

📺 YouTubers can notify subscribers when a new video is live (without relying on the algorithm to serve their content to only a small percentage of subs).

🛍️ Creators and brands can send push notifications for product drops, offers, or news.

At scale, it’s cheaper than SMS, performs significantly better than email, and most importantly - it lets you own your audience.

- Anyone can sign up today, create a pass, and send 100 push notifications for free as a beta tester.

- We’re working on a REST API so you can automate notifications (e.g. new YouTube video → notify followers).

- Apple push notifications are live now, with Android support coming soon (email fallback for Android in the meantime).
