In just the past week, activist judges have:

-Halted border wall construction in Texas.

-Reinstated a Democrat appointed U.S. Attorney fired by Trump.

-Dismissed a federal illegal voting charge against a noncitizen in Florida.

Judges are using their power to subvert Trump, take a look at the number of injunctions issued against Presidents by federal judges:

Bush: 6
Obama: 12
Biden: 28
Trump in just 17 months: 50

Unelected judges shouldn’t have the ability to unilaterally overturn the will of the people.

This is tyranny by the judiciary.

The Department of War has been inundated today with phone calls from reporters asking whether or not it is true that Deputy Secretary of War Steve Feinberg submitted an unsigned letter of resignation to the Trump administration today.

I reached out to the @DeptofWar to ask whether or not this is true or if it’s a rumor.

Senior Department of War official tells me:

“You’re the 4th reporter who’s asked me about this in the last 20 minutes. Someone is shopping this story and it’s 100% not true.”

Interesting day to choose to shop a story like that around about the Deputy Secretary of War.

To spread that rumor on 9/11 while the President is at the Pentagon on the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with @SecWar is pretty wild.
