@NickNemo17 Fascinating topic. Can’t comment on the other cities, but I feel Dallas may be the exception here. You can still get a very nice 2,500-3,000 sq ft house in a good area with excellent schools for 800K-1MM. Tons of finance/banking jobs here with more coming in the future
