Hey everybody, did you know I'm a paid FBI and Russian shill bot who used to speedrun obscure games and totally doesn't have critical thinking or differing opinions on conspiracy theories? Might as well have a Cloud Strife mako moment and discover myself again.
@Apollo0wner@bobpockrass@IndyCarOnFOX Lightning can strike well outside of a storm's radius and there can be zero rainfall. These are NOAA guidelines for the 30 minute delay for safety. No sense in risking lives.
@wildstwawberry Tournament grinding is in general, negative EV unless you're really stupidly strong. Promos are what they are. Some of the best have come from the lowest of stakes FNM. Recent amazing promos seem to be store championship locked, like Urza's Saga.
@N0RINCO@seveneyes33@AndrewLSeidel 47 CFR § 73.1217 - Broadcast hoaxes. | Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (e-CFR) | US Law | LII / Legal Information Institute https://t.co/cetUVVDAzu
The word "and" appears in (a) (2), that is implied to mean all three subsections of (a) are necessary.
@seveneyes33@AndrewLSeidel There's also the issue of the word "foreseeable".
That means intent.
Media reporting on, for example, George Floyd's death is not a direct foreseeable result for riots happening. It's just not a conclusion a court could reasonably conclude.
@seveneyes33@AndrewLSeidel Proof is required when we're discussing this particular FCC rule. It's in relation to broadcasts. To be in violation of the rule would require evidence, and it needs to be specific to each individual entity.
Gross platitudes, irrespective of party affiliation, are irrelevant.
@seveneyes33@AndrewLSeidel You're going to need a specific point for each of those. Kirk's assassination was the act of someone who was radicalized. Claiming it's due to a specific entity for the rule will require tremendous burden of proof on your end. The rule is not broad enough to support your views.
@seveneyes33@AndrewLSeidel All of those points need to be met to violate the rule. False information is not a sole point, it needs to create public harm.
An example would be telling people a tornado is not down in an area on the news but the weather service had issued an observed or higher warning.
@Sha_Mystical@poinntter If it's anything like osrs leagues were, deaths are literally pointless. You never lose everything until the time gated mode ends (or you drop your sick loots on tables for all to see).
@CedricAPhillips Maybe, but they haven't had a blowout loss yet. Heaney's era blew up over 5 and wasn't going down in over a month. Seems he's the true long man now.
@nickwco85@MtgVinci@lsv It's a "dead" reaction because your original statement is far too generous to suggest that the benefit of the doubt is worthwhile.
@GomesPerryn @miakhalifa Claiming Jesus is the Logos is a bold claim that needs to be backed up by some evidence. I could see the same from a Muslim saying Muhammad is the Logos. How are you differentiating between the two?
@josettecaruso @TomOlse85613447 @MattWallace888 If pointing our your logical fallacy is a waste of time, then you aren't interested in being honest with yourself. Good night.
@josettecaruso @TomOlse85613447 @MattWallace888 I don't see the correlation, no. That exception was from 1998, and we do not know the reasoning behind that. To confer any point to point loop is conjecture. I'm only interested in being as far away from intellectual dishonesty with myself.
@josettecaruso @TomOlse85613447 @MattWallace888 I get what you're saying, but I do not see any logical explanation to justify that stance from my end. It surmises that you must accept leaks can always happen. While true, that primes one to accept any potential reality one agrees with. It can obscure the real truth.
@josettecaruso @TomOlse85613447 @MattWallace888 That's basically passing the burden of proof though. Because they did/(didn't) do X, Y must be true(false) because of Z. That's a textbook definition of a conditional fallacy.
@josettecaruso @TomOlse85613447 @MattWallace888 It's also not as if the public was aware of these communications between Kennedy and the PMs. Those were top secret. A cease of investigation wouldn't cause alarm in the public domain. Those weren't known until 2019.
@josettecaruso @TomOlse85613447 @MattWallace888 So to throw off any investigation, they still investigated the same plant six times? Totally, sure.
How can we also not assume the reverse is true? That the investigation of the reactors yielded nothing because shocker, there wasn't. Israel didn't develop a weapon until 66/67.
