Why are we telling @virginmedia customers they have access to #o2priority when you won’t send the code to a none o2 phone number…. Poor service lads, very poor!
I just want people to understand ONE thing about this whole Ed Sheeran and Macklemore situation:
HE WAS WARNED.
Macklemore did the Palestine bit on the first night in New Jersey. After that, he promised NFL owners he wouldn’t do it again. Then he did it ANYWAY on the second night.
And this wasn’t even his tour. He knew other people’s jobs, contracts, reputations, and livelihoods were tied to this. He knew people behind the scenes would have to deal with the fallout, and he STILL chose to do it. That was selfish.
So if you want to blame Ed because that’s easier than blaming the person who was warned and STILL made the decision to do it again, go ahead. But at some point, people need to take accountability for their own actions instead of shifting the blame onto everyone else.
And before anyone wants to act like Bob Kraft somehow overstepped, let’s remember one very important fact:
HE OWNS GILLETTE STADIUM.
He has every right to decide what happens inside a venue he owns.
Think about it this way: if someone comes into YOUR house as a guest, you give them the rules and they agree to respect them. If they knowingly ignore those rules, you have every right to tell them to leave. You don’t owe someone continued access to your home after they deliberately disregard your boundaries.
The same principle applies here.
At the end of the day, this is a business. Macklemore may be the internet hero right now, but internet applause doesn’t change the fact that he was warned, gave his word, and then broke it.
That makes him a liability.
People aren’t going to trust someone when they know he’s willing to deliberately make decisions that could put other people’s jobs and business relationships on the line.
You don’t get to break your word, ignore the rules, drag other people into the fallout, and then blame everyone else when there are consequences.
Life just doesn’t work like that. Sorry. 💁🏻♀️
Ed Sheeran posted on Instagram 2 days ago, yet misinformation is still being spread.
Ed stated the decision to drop Macklemore was not his.
Ed explainedbwhy he doesn't turn his concerts into political rallies.
Mostly unknown opening acts dropped out of the tour voluntarily.
Politicians are boycotting the remaining tour dates and even his music in general.
So those opening acts are missing out on playing to huge crowds, potentially gaining new fans.
Politicians are advocating for the loss of work by stadium workers - security, concessions, janitorial, etc. (Everyday working people.) PLUS the loss of revenue from local hotels, restaurants, bars, etc.
Because one opening act turned a stage that was not his into a activism opportunity and the headliner kept his political opinions to himself.
I support Ed Sheeran. I support the thousands of workers across the tour who benefit from it. I believe Macklemore is free to use his platform to say whatever he wants, but it needs to be HIS platform.
The family of fellow Shayman Denis Reid have approached the Supporters Club asking for our help organising a minutes applause in memory of their father who sadly passed away in August, could you please applaud in the 87th minute.

Trust me on this: if any of my siblings had publicly attacked me with lies, tried to ruin my life, attacked my partner while they had cancer, attacked my family while my grandparents were dying, and released a Netflix show and book attacking everything my grandparents built just months after my grandmother died, I would cut them off and protect myself and my family.
Hell would have to freeze over before I’d let our children have a playdate.
Are you mad? You’re toxic.
You’ll teach your children to be toxic, and I don’t trust you—so I’m not having any of your negativity around my happy, emotionally stable children and my partner (The Princess of Wales) who is in remission.
I wasn’t the one who decided not to take the millions and go live a decent private life.
It was you Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who chose to create a smear campaigns, false narratives and blatant lies because you wanted to harass and bully the family to get what you wanted (half in half out)
You chose this path, so now you have to deal with the consequences.
Many people have cut off toxic family members for far less than what The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have done over the last six years.
Prince William is protecting his family, his mental health, and the future of the Royal Family.
Harry is fuming that Wills continues to ignore him and that he has absolutely no access to the future King and Queen and their children.
William, Catherine, George, Charlotte and Louis are at Balmoral with family members they trust and with whom they have built a loving, peaceful relationship.
As they have done for the past six years, they will ignore the the Sussex circus, media’s nonsense and, keep calm, and carry on with their duties on behalf of the King and country.
Stay strong, Wills—the majority of people support whatever you decide is best for your family.
You are simply doing what any mature, decent, and wise man, husband, father, son, and grandson would do.
Not @currys stealing money from customers and then repeatedly asking for the same details with out actually doing anything. Poor service. Would not recommend #currys#badcustomerservice
Went to buy a baby monitor yesterday from @currys and had the worst service. They’re till broke AFTER taking £90. Refused goods and not way of refunding. Avoid. Curry’s will steal from you #currys
