Seriously considering never booking with @TUIUK again! My Dad died 2 days before we were due to travel on 5th July. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO CANCEL. I need to claim insurance & TUI still not forwarded proof I did not travel and it’s now 17th Sept! Very poor after travel service!
The seat selection policy @TUIUK@TUIUKcares have is a joke. Loads of free seats and it assigns us two seats with a walk way in between. Too change have to pay £31 beyond a joke after what the holiday package cost 😡

@ABTAtravel@LisaMiceli@TUIUK ABTA, perhaps if you forced your members to comply with the PTR2018 from the outset, and not let them get away with producing non-compliant and legally unenforceable T's&C's, you wouldn't have to deal with these complaints in the first place. Do you have any plans to do this?
3rd phone call today and even getting cut off by the FLOOR MANAGER now, after being out on hold for 27 minutes. It is beyond a joke. I have never experience customer service so awful. @TUIUK@FirstChoiceUK
@TUIUKcares@TUIUK@TUIUKcares - day 86 still no response to my complaint of 17 June. The last update was 28 August advising it was with your compliance dept, as they need to review every resonse. Will I get a reply in my lifetime?
