One of the maddest transfer sagas I’ve ever seen.

Madrid had a €9m buy-back on Nico Paz.

But Paz wants Como.

So the reported solution is insane:

Madrid buy him back for €9m.

Como buy him back permanently for around €60m.

But Madrid keep a future buy-back clause at around €80m.

So Madrid turn a €9m clause into a €60m deal, bank a massive profit, keep the “bring him home later” button, Como get more control, and Paz stays where he wants to play for now.

If he keeps developing, Madrid can still bring him back.

Now imagine a competing quote with another installer using just the aluminium profiles that cost like 30 to 50k🤣. In Nigeria its a combination of poverty and under appreciation of excellence.

Even the standard roof mount accessories are expensive. If your installation is above 3m I suggest it, if its below we just use aluminuim profiles. Just the rails, L foot and other accessories for 4 panels can cost as much as 140k.

Standard groundmount(car port) accessories cost money sha. Imagine tellin a customer pay 2m for only the car port. It will fit at most 12 panels which will probably not cost as much. Groundmount and roof installs have their places sha. Its an engineering and financial decision.
