FULL STATEMENT: The Miss Universe Organization and the family of Miss Universe Jamaica Dr Gabrielle Henry have released a joint statement indicating that in days, the beauty queen will return home with full medical escort. She will be transported directly to a hospital as she continues to require 24-hour specialist supervision. The statement details the injuries Dr Henry received following a "serious" fall from the main stage during the evening wear segment of preliminary competition in Thailand on November 19, 2025:

▫️Dr. Henry fell through an opening on the stage. The Organization rejects reports that she contributed in any way to the incident.

▫️The fall caused bleeding inside the head, loss of consciousness, a fracture, facial cuts and other significant injuries.

▫️While hospitalized in critical condition under intensive care in Bangkok, Dr Henry received constant neurological monitoring.

▫️The Miss Universe Organization has covered all hospital, medical, rehabilitation and living expenses in Thailand for Dr Henry, her mother and sister and has committed to all future medical expenses for the beauty queen.
