@thesamparr I was the editor for https://t.co/g7GxH7OY6D. I spoke to a lot of traditional moving companies, and I'd say it's more than just good customer service. They did better marketing/distribution/branding, and that help them grow fast IMO. (And then CS allowed them to keep going).
