I’m at a summit hosted by Best Friends, which is a movement to bring shelters to “No-Kill,”which saves lives. Sometimes euthanasia is necessary for the best interests of the pet or community, but the percentage of pets that need euthanasia is less than 10%. Did you know that the two shelters in Utah County are the ONLY shelters NOT at the No-Kill philosophy.
