These aren't fine margins, this is a huge change in UK climate.

Let’s add to the mix a multiple hour delay to then have a flight cancelled, await a now >24hr delay, be herded like cattle through LGW, and continued lack of assistance from Qatar via phone lines, web chat or in person. I have truly never experienced such poor customer support.

@qrsupport Another 1hr spent approaching midnight before an AM flight, a promised call back within 15-30 mins with the solution, which never materialised. Another 1hr wasted at 1am, only to be told 4hrs before leaving for the airport, that more time was needed for a solution.
