@Marc_Bracken@AirCanada@aircanada same - tried TEN times to book a simple flight to NYC, no luck. Refreshed site, the whole 9 yards. It went from a series of error messages to being trapped on the payment page. Ugh.
@British_Airways@Expedia@Expedia says the opposite - that you charge for the flights so you’re responsible for the refund. You can’t both be right - what am I supposed to do?!
Hot Tip: don’t buy a flight via @Expedia - gave them my cc info, got charged, had to cancel, got receipt confirming refund … but no $. They say “call BA” @British_Airways says “call Expedia” with both saying about the other “don’t listen to them / not my issue” - I’m out $3k!?!
