@TUIUK Flying to Mexico on Sunday and our hotel as been changed for the second time three days before we fly. First time all inclusive, first time booking with TUI and this trip is for my partners 30th birthday. The room is a downgrade and less to do at resort. Very disappointed

@virginmedia Hi, No. I never got a sim, I believe the package got to yodel and then got turned back round to you. I initially got told it was for fraud reasons and that no one on the phone could talk about the account to me and to email your fraud team. I did this and still no reply.

Hey @americangolf_UK my mum was really disappointed today to find that your Canterbury store is only for men and has nothing for women. She wanted to upgrade about half of her equipment and test out the products, but is now going somewhere else. Why do you only cater to men?
