@Gottheart4You @Ent_NZ @FairyLoot I agree. If we got there in time yesterday, they would have come with the box. Now, it feels that anyone who didn't get them in time is being penalised if they would like them as we all have to pay shipping and fees. It was poorly managed and not fair to any of the customers.

@FairyLoot All I can say now, is they better be worth the aggravation, hassle and cost.
Maybe, if you have overlays in future then get enough in so that they can be added to everyone's order or get subscribers ro tick a box if they would like them ahead of shipping the book.

@FairyLoot I just bought these but have instant buyers remorse. I only coughed up the full £10.20 because I had spent nearly 2 hours of my life queuing over the past 2 days for these. I do think its a bit of a cheek to charge postage when you could have just slipped them in a future box.

@faibelix @FairyLoot Fair enough, its hard not to feel a little annoyed when you think the wait isn't too long and then it just increases. I knew it was going to be the more popular one on sale this month, so purposefully didn't plan anything for the morning 😅

@FairyLoot I accessed the site at 10.00am and had a wait time of 11 minutes and since then i now have around 55 minutes to wait. Does anyone know why the time greatly increases?

@FairyLoot Got it after 41 minutes of waiting and having to edit the link. We shouldn't have to be doing admin in a queue to get the link working. Why did FL not check it before sending it out?
I'm pleased i have got it, but that queue system was such a faff!

@FairyLoot I logged on at 12.08 and estimated wait time was 10 minutes. Almost 20 minutes later, it hasn't gone down but instead jumped to 28 minutes. The time should be going down, not up. Is there any known reason why the wait time fluctuates?

@russellhoward My two sons love watching stand ups with us, but my eldest struggled to find someone funny on his level, so one evening I put one of your specials on, he roared with laughter and he has been a fan ever since. So thank you for bringing humour and Lady Wars into our lives.
