@FairyLoot Hi @FairyLoot I placed an order just after 10am UK and it’s been cancelled. There wasn’t a duplicate order, so I don’t understand 😕 I have logged a support ticket with you and now placed another order but I just don’t get it 🤔

@_xFanvergent @FairyLoot Wait times are bouncing around even more than usual :( I got down to 4 mins, went back up to 12, it's gradually come down to 4 again. Now I've just been bumped out of the queue and I'm back up to >1h wait @FairyLoot please sort this out!

@Felicias_Ink @FairyLoot I had this trying to log in via Safari on my Mac. It took a good 10 mins of retrying the link for it to work. Yet it went straight through to the queue on my iPhone. And still in the queue now :(
