@NHSLeader @RishiSunak Join our Futures page and look at the webinar hosted last night - over 100 amazing NHS people in (mostly) London talking about the importance of language, compassionate leadership, role modelling vlunerability, and destigmatising asking for help.
Of course more money would help

Yesterday was spent frantically pulling together the #NHSFinancialwellbeing webinar and it was 100% worth the stress - phenomenal event.

I know when I have a full meltdown it has to run its course.
I described it to the boyfriend as like a seizure - you wouldn't expect someone to emerge from one until it has settled.

Staff have worked, invested, and studied hard to develop themselves to deliver excellent care to our patients and they deserve more than help to simply survive

@DrAndrewV2 @DrAshleyNova We had something similar with a move to hot-desking and the Equality Impact Assessment mainly focussed on physical disabilities and evacuation plans rather than ND
I have had to move to working from home and it's having a toll especially as I live alone

I find it helpful to reframe the request with 'I am able to do my best work when...' and give the features of the desk you need
Then a follow up of 'If this is not possible, this is how it will impact me'

It's also ADHD Awareness Month, waits of years for NHS diagnosis and can't amend meds via your GP no matter how much you struggle, I feel minds like mine couldn't matter less

It's taken months but finally @Twitter has accepted that I wanted to log in to this account - not the new one it set up, created secret password for, permanently suspended after zero tweets, and then won't allow to be deleted because it's suspended.
