@Amtrak I had a happy holiday thanks @amtrak, although I ate too much and have a chest infection. I wonder if the two elderly black ladies you kicked off your train in mid winter had happy holidays?
@InoshWrites I didn't read any of the letters in The Colour Purple or any other epistolary novel. If you write more than two words in Italics I skip to the next chapter. Also, Oxford commas are great

"It's like staring into the sun," cut to book cover, Luca wearing royal blue suit, manspreading on throne holding walking stick, text reads 'THE' 'FAITHLESS' 'C.L.CLARK')
Allow me to present Princess Luca.
Don’t forget to pre-order, and if you haven’t started on The Unbroken, there’s still time. You have until March 7. 😉
(sound on for this one, I made a thing!)
Features include:
A Small Bloody Gift – a short story by @thenaomiday
Tet fe Mal – a short story by @intelligentwat
The Plaster – a short story by @LauraHannahBar
We Grew Tall and Strong by the Water – a novelette by @LeahAndelsmith
"Flutterings" by Catherine Lee is an incredible response to @LauraHannahBar's piece "Bugs". It is an interspecies improvisation with the Bombyz mori (domestic silkworm moth). We recommend listening with headphones for full effect! 🎧

The Bell by @LauraHannahBar in @LoveLettersPoe Volume II: Houses of Usher is phenomenal! Having a story based on members of ‘The London Association for the Prevention of Premature Burial’ is enough to make anyone want to read it! I’d say more, but I don’t want to spill the tea…
@triodosuk I've tried like 25 times to use your face recognition software with 'no face detected'. My lighter skinned partner tried once and was detected instantly. I'm guessing it doesn't recognise black people - is there another way to sign up to a current account?
@KalynnBayron $350????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I'm assuming this lady will feel very humbled when she realises she misspelled haiku
The biggest mystery of SATC was how Carrie afforded that apartment on one newspaper column a week. The biggest mystery of #AndJustLikeThat is why so many people of colour are willing to make one of these annoying ladies their white friend
@ellle_em My humans didn't clean my litter tray so I shit in their bathtub. Now they say they will always keep water it the bathtub to stop me from doing this because they know I once fell in the bath when it was full and got the shock of my life so won't venture to do this again. AITA?

@witchxcrafter non-gestational parents can lactate FYI - you don't need to have given birth, a mix of hormones and pumping can do it. I agree women are so often trivialised in society but I think the culprits are the patriarchy, manspreading, and the gender pay gap, not inclusive language
@OyasumiBastet@BenInLDN Abuse already happens sadly. I've been assaulted in female only spaces, as a cis girl child, by cis men. We should do more to prevent abuse. This GRC thing is not going to work - I know so many cis masc women who've had issues in women only spaces, they won't have GRCs
