@airfrance The delivery company is as incompetent as your airline, Air France lost the bags 5 days ago, courier has had them for 2 1/2 days, when I call they say it’s “enroute” like you saying now, but nothing. Kids medication, clothes, Xmas presents, everything gone. Useless. Disgraceful!
