@Currys still hasn't refunded us nearly £300 despite receiving returned goods on 11th May.
Since then: - 10 calls - Several emails - Manager promised refund within 5 working days on 5th June
- Formal complaint filed 11th June.
It's now 18th June. Still no refund.

After 5+ weeks, 10 phone calls, countless emails and a formal complaint, our patience has run out.
How can a company of this size receive returned goods, repeatedly acknowledge the issue, & still fail to return a customer's money?
Anybody else experiencing this?
@AldiUK Queued up this morning for these bad boys and they aren’t even in store. Same thing happened last year too! Come on Aldi…it’s not like you to falsely advertise 🙄I need these candles!

Nothing but lies and ripping people off before Christmas.
The same has happened with my Mum who ordered from @houseoffraser. They’re all under Mike Ashley’s Fraser group.
He needs shutting down!

Thousands of customers complaining about the same issues and you are doing nothing to rectify it.

Where is my item? You have my money so I want to know where the product I have bought is!
@studio_co_uk@BBCWatchdog I have and I am getting told the same lies over and over again. This isn’t acceptable. You clearly don’t have the items to dispatch so why are you taking people’s money when you know you don’t have the product to ship?!

Why should she spend another week worrying about her money and sending you numerous conversations to be told the same thing…nothing?!
@houseoffraser@BBCWatchdog The issue is not who is raising the query, it is an issue with @houseoffraser being unable to provide customers with answers on the whereabouts of their orders.
Please explain what is going on as I can see I am not the only person raising this as an issue…
@houseoffraser@BBCWatchdog My mum has tried to get an answer through chat bot several times herself and the email came from her. Still no answers.
She does not use social media and it is therefore left to me to raise issues in this way.
@houseoffraser@BBCWatchdog I have done this already and been told you will not talk to me about the issue. I have spoken to 4 different people on chat bot with no answers to my problems and I have sent an email which has not been responded to.
@houseoffraser You have taken nearly £300 from my Mums account with no indication of when her product will arrive. The delivery date has been & gone, I keep getting ‘we’re looking into it’ from your chat bot & nobody has responded to our email. Appalling customer service.
