@CreativeHPriest It’s raised hard questions for me - I’m an ordinand from a working class b/ground. Clergy pay is hugely greater than that of anyone I knew growing up, esp considering benefit of tied housing. Balancing requests for fairer pay and the optics of asking for more is so tough.
