@IKEAUKSupport cannot understand the service in the cafe yesterday. Refused extra vegetables as they were on a set menu even though that set menu item wasn’t available. Terrible service!!
@WeAreZizzi went to bluewater with my son at 6:30pm today. Asked for a table for 2. Half the restaurant was empty but was told only bookings due to lack of staff. Not really very acceptable having majority of a restaurant left empty and turning away 2 hungry people
@Se_Railway I didn’t buy it on the app. I bought on the website. so that’s why I am waiting for the email which has not arrived with my e ticket only my confirmation email

@Eurostar disgraceful service last night travelling from Paris to London. Packed people in like cattle penned in and dangerous for our family and friends travelling with very small children. We were worried for their safety being crushed in a stampede!!
@Se_Railway what is going on with trains delayed and cancelled numerous times this week without a driver? Wednesdays announcement ‘we don’t know where our driver is’. When are trains going through to Gravesend tonight??
@premierinn also no Wi-Fi to order food as it’s broken. If it’s busy I get it. But it wasn’t. Is this acceptable ? I wish to hear from a senior staff in the next 24 hours please explaining why they couldn’t fit us in an empty restaurant #premierinn#poorservice
@premierinn absolutely disgusted with the service at chipping Norton. First told no table till 20:00 for food . 5 mins later 20:30 . When I said but there is only 3 tables busy and dozens empty. Server laughed . We have a 4 year old now waking in the rain looking to feed him.
