@Ryanair still not got our refund from August 2020, after being repeatedly told we would get a cheque in the post, have now raised the issue with the Civil Aviation Authority to try and get some better answers, if someone could respond with some helpful information on our claim

@Ryanair been waiting a cheque for our flights to come in the post since 4/11. For our trip back in August!!! Ring customer service every week and still get told to wait. Also tried to DM but automated chat is no help can someone please respond! Terrible service

@loveholidays hi, I have taken your advice and logged that our flights have been cancelled 3 weeks ago on the booking page but have not heard anything? It’s less than 6 weeks until we fly so would like to know if the holiday itself is cancelled or not?
