Health, tech, & social justice researcher, sometimes professor she/her, focus on Long COVID care access & chronic disease quality of care improvement ๐๐
@emilyorating This was part of 5th grade curriculum for SoCal growing up (also my mom a 6th grade teacher took us to the mission to see her grave). Julie of the wolves was part of 6th growing up too
@AshleyGWinter Frozen waffles (esp in summer) saved me when my now 7yr old was teething. Later on frozen peas are a huge fav in our household as a snack. Same with frozen cherries.
My dissertation on trauma, technology, and long COVID care access was published see below (or ask me ๐ if you donโt have institutional access).
I worked with close to 200 people with long COVID to identify a model to support access to care.

You're working in the ED when a 30 y.o male presents 30 minutes after envenomation to the right index finger by his pet snake (left).
He has a picture of culprit (right) , and it is definitely NOT from America.
A ๐งตon U.S. exotic envenomation management.

The thing I donโt know if all ppl understand is that babies or little kids arenโt doing anything to โhurtโ the parent or โannoyโ or โfight withโ parents. This is just justifying child abuse.
@MBurtwrites Totally agree. Itโs really concerning to think any kid under age 5 really is out to get you. I vaguely remember from a child dev class a long time ago that kids donโt really even start to get the concept of intentionally lying til age 7
@chrislongview I love the shadeโฆ. TFG tried to brag about all the celebrities at his hotel party and refused to name them (bc they werenโt there) so Uncle Joe comes w the shade ๐
@callmekeeve@anactualwalnut I go to pdx once a quarter - nob hill bar and grill has THE BEST burger Iโve ever had 10/10. Also the pittock mansion for an afternoon historical stuff plus easy hiking and look up the Shanghai haunted tunnel tours + beer tasting. Super fun โบ๏ธ
