@ITVX I don’t believe there has EVER been a worse streaming service than ITVX. It’s a disaster of an app and makes *attempting* to watch anything a total nightmare. God forbid you need to pause or rewind! Absolutely diabolical. How on earth could you release this total rubbish?

@ITVXhelp @ITVX It’s an Amazon Fire stick. Practically all ITVX mentions on twitter are of how pathetically bad it is. ITV player was fine. This wasn’t fit for release. You have a cheek to charge for advertising on such a botch job of an app.

@flora45854198 It’s a total disaster of a service. Biggest mistake you will EVER make it trying to rewind or fast forward. I spent longer than the total length of the programme, watching a blank screen trying to get it to just PLAY. Totally infuriating.
ITV should be beyond embarrassed.

@Daynabriana_x @ClubLLondon I also told them I’d be reporting them to Trading standards (like so many other people). I think it was mainly to do with how loud I was being on their socials, especially IG. Hasn’t stopped me since getting the refund though 😂

I saw a girl had been waiting for over a month for £450 of refunds after she sent her order back. I told them I wouldn’t stop posting all over social media until I had my refund

Yet they don’t admit to ANY of this and keep taking money knowing they have no intention of sending that £10 extra next day delivery order!
