gave a meaningful talk @ASCO this morning, highlighting a higher risk for mortality in patients who experience adverse financial events. It's also interesting to see the risk of death among common cancer types.

@THilalMD @timfenske @mshadman If you're referring to patient #1 on the swimmer plot, they received an allo in the setting of CNS relapse (but no evidence of disease elsewhere), then achieved a CR after receiving HD MTX and Ara-C with a subsequent relapse.

Thanks to all who collaborated on this project! Our ASCO poster on CAR-T outcomes among R/R patients with Burkitts highlights a need for new strategies to treat this rare disease.

@priyankapophali @mshadman Sorry the print is small. I'm working on the manuscript which will include ~25 patients. Three pts received post-CAR allos. One had evidence of new CNS disease at the time of allo. The other 2 ultimately relapsed. I also wonder about bispecifics or other products "off the shelf."
