I rowed across the Atlantic Ocean from Spain to the Caribbean with @RowForTheOcean.
It took 43 days, 2 hours, 20 minutes.
The adventure was everything I hoped for and more!
#TWAC2018
Tomorrow is my 4 year anniversary for doing YouTube full-time.
I'm making my annual update video talking about the progress, lessons, challenges, the amount of money I've earned and how I made it.
What would you like to know?
What would you like me to include in the video?
For a bit of a laugh, here's the video from 4 years ago: https://t.co/GLlQdu4ntw
There are many differences between men & women when it comes to exercise and nutrition.
Watch a video about it here: https://t.co/HiJCWxUmoE
Thank you to Dr Stacy Sims on the @hubermanlab podcast for sharing her wisdom🙏
I'm interested to know, are you fed up of the 'Bro Culture'?
Men interviewing men about the same topics, in the same way?
For the record, this is not me pulling the feminist flag out, I'm simply interested to hear what people think.
I will never give in and be disappointed with a 10/10 video on the YouTube dashboard.
If I am drawn to a video and want to make it, I will make it.
Imagine an artist, sculptor, woodworker, <insert another creative job here >, getting a mark out of 10 with each piece of art they make. It's absurd!
A 10 out of 10 in my view is:
- it's another video made
- it's another step forward in expressing myself
- another way to align with my values
I wish there were certain areas of the YouTube dashboard I could turn off. It does not encourage creativity.
I'm delighted to finally be replacing my make-up products with (almost) all-natural brands.
Minimising the chemicals and hormone disruptors I'm putting on my body every day.
As each of my make-up products runs out, I will find a better, natural alternative.
