I've talked to @WIRED about the #Adobe#Pantone dispute. (Thanks to @stokel for talking with me about this) TLDR: If you are using Pantone for it's intended way, to physically proof colors, you're getting dragged into a business deal between those two.

Bummed that @jetbrains support decided to randomly not extend our open-source license in the most crucial time where we're testing our release candidate with developers and users of our project despite them having done so before and the FAQ stating it would extend if used :/
I still haven't fully healed from @directus betraying the PHP community they built by announcing, then indefinitely delaying and ultimately scrubbing the existance of the PHP project...
As one of the devs going "all-in" with customer projects, it really REALLY sucked...
I have a bunch of frames from an icon set, I want to create one component where each of the frames is one variant. Is there no way to just select all frames and convert them? This feels like a brute force way right now. #Figma#ui#ux
@Pinsky But do they teach kids the fundamentals, perspective, colors etc? I feel like too many AI tools are too black boxed "text input, finished work output", you don't get to actually LEARN anything, which is crucial, especially in creative work
It's interesting seeing this new interest in #Laravel. I've been using (and loving) it for a few years now, setup is super fast to get something up and running quickly, and it holds up with customer portals for 500k+ daily users. Modern #PHP is also a lot better than people think
@troelsfr @vponamariov It doesn't need to be a full on landing page, especially since you say that you're still building this thing up. But it would definitely help users to trust you and understand better with a little bit of guidance. I can give you my OpenAI API key, but I don't know what for.
@troelsfr @vponamariov It would be great to at least get a sentence or two about what these things are, because as someone who has just found out about this, I'm a bit confused what I am doing and what I am getting for paying.
As a sidenote, your overflow scrollbars go over the inputs on Windows
@troelsfr @vponamariov Was curious and clicked, got to a non-web optimized editor of some sorts? Is there no landing Page that explains what I'm actually looking at?
@z2rMC@nitzukai Material 1 is highly shadowed with a thought of sheets stacked physically and fluent is that concept refined. Neither fall under flat design, although people like to group Material into it as it also uses a defined color scheme.
@BendikMatej@reactive_dude I've been using it for half a year in a corporate project and went back, because I value myself and didn't want to hate webdev
