@Porter24548491@MikeC314159 I don’t know everything I worked in similar depts so if the money is not on there by now 1 of 2 things or both it’s needs re processed by claims dept for new cares act funds some need their program to say euc I know it sounds weird so you are pua?
@MikeC314159@PALaborIndustry Yes not all the ppl who didn’t get it need s to be re programmed in the claims department on euc it didn’t work on all that’s what’s happening to the ppl who are not receiving funds and approved for them by now
@StarPepperJack@Streetscores1@PALaborIndustry They are not the direct department that handles customer service the customer department has other departments they deal with for us such as claims but only the customer front line reps can contact them there is no phone number usually

@Justine18297295@PALaborIndustry No trust me I was given the run around failed promises told me to wait when they are the ones who has to automatically update it in the claims processing dept and some ppl have to get there claims reopened some don’t it takes 5 min the funds are already there since 1/8
