@transport_wales I've tried to correct it on the app but it's telling me that it's failed to correct it. How do I fix this as I've been charged £21 instead of £1!

@transport_wales I've been charged the incorrect amount. Ive logged in on the app & it looks like the ticket person set it to tap me out at my end location instead of tapping me in at Caerphilly. Then I've tapped out when I got off at Rhymney. So it's showing tapped out twice but no tap ins.

@FirstEssex They said 'we don't do return tickets' and made my son purchase a single. During term time he buys a return every day, has this changed? And if so, why are drivers not providing full details, instead of acting like it's a crazy thing and that return tickets have never existed

@thortful DPD have said the parcel from you has been delivered but the picture they have sent is not of my mums legs nor her house. Cannot get hold of anyone from DPD. Can you look into where the parcel actually is??
