Hey @optimum your sales team has failed to setup our account on multiple occasions and has sent out technicians twice who could not complete our install. When we call customer service, your sales team and tech service team continually transfer to each other.
When I call to cancel service and ask to speak to a representative in English, your automated phone services keeps transferring me to a Spanish line because the account was setup under my husbandβs last name. So now do we not only have service after mutilple days of back &forth..
