What better way to start a Monday than to receive the most beautiful bunch of flowers from a happy client. I was so chuffed with the outcome of the proceedings that was reward enough but a personalised thank you from the client is the icing on the cake π₯°π₯° Happy Monday all
@tealovinglawyer Loads. 18 months of plans rolled in to 2.5 weeks off! More meals than I can count. Probably need to shop for new clothes due to too many meals. Lots of time with friends and family. DIY and gardening. Maybe squeeze in a duvet day if I have timeπ€£ So so excited

@tealovinglawyer Did you get on well? I love going head to head with my old boss, we always have a good tussle. Even better when I come out on the right side of it π
@MissJoEdwards I've been trying to get a battered mars bar locally for a while and no-one does it π haven't had one since I was a teenager. Was it as amazing as I remember??? π€€
Not long now until I have 2.5 weeks off work. I already have an impossibly long list of DIY and general chores to complete in that time. I wonder how long I would actually need off to complete it?? When are we going to swap the working routine to 2 on, 5 off? #adulting π€¦ββοΈπ
βI didnβt even know what colour I liked any more because those choices were taken away from me for so long."
Taking away someone's autonomy and choices has awful impacts on them. Coercive control is a severe form of abuse.

My worst nightmare. I am not a hugger. Please stay at least 1 metre away at all times - nothing to do with the pandemic, I just don't like people ππ
@SophieSherlock4 Absolutely. The Court backlogs are so hard to explain to clients when they are feeling desperate and faced with such significant delays. Potentially not seeing children, deprived of financial resources etc. I know the Court are doing their best but its not enough
The Resolution survey stats appear to have gone viral in our community with everyone saying the same thing; 'things need to change' but no-one is discussing what is actually wrong. Please share the issues you are experiencing and what you feel needs to change?
