@premierinn stayed at your Rickmansworth hotel after a wedding on Friday night and it absolutely stank of cigarettes in what was supposed to be a non smoking room. Bathroom was the worst. Surely this should be picked up on cleaning? Barely slept for the smell.

@quidco I have an insurance purchase tracked with you which I submitted a claim to chase payout. This was declined due to time passed (order was July). The estimated payout was 6 months though, which I why I hadn’t chased before this 🤷🏻‍♀️
