Today, the Minister of Public Service and Labour, @J_Uwizeye, received a delegation from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (@ESAMI_INSTITUTE ) to discuss areas of mutual interest and potential collaboration in public sector leadership, management development and institutional capacity strengthening. The meeting highlighted opportunities to strengthen public sector capacity, leadership development and institutional transformation

The discussions also explored opportunities to strengthen leadership and management capacity, promote executive education and support institutional capability development, with a focus on contributing to Rwanda’s public service transformation and effective service delivery.
