@cadlymack@xoxo_benjii@Larkin26626@Anna77081343 He’s director & his company produced so it’s more his script, screenplay, & set. No matter what title she started or ended with. Seems she got the PGA label because she forced them into a corner. It reads more like she asked to contribute more, he said maybe, & she didn’t like it
@KemetSankofa@cashloren@simonateba Lol those “Congress folks” get access to alot more things than we do that I’m against.. wonder if they will tell their kids to get student loans if they can control if they are forgiven… I pay for student loans. I don’t expect anyone else to pay for them. Thats my view.
@lazydays1970@KemetSankofa@cashloren@simonateba There are a lot of gov programs to help already like the title 1 program. Teachers can go work in lower income districts and their student loans can be forgiven which should also help improve the education systems. Private schools have ALOT of scholarships and are avoidable
@lazydays1970@KemetSankofa@cashloren@simonateba Are all student loans being forgiven… or only up to a certain income bracket? PPP was at least available for every business to apply for. Also the business that received PPP still paid taxes on everything including payroll which is what it was intended for.
@lazydays1970@KemetSankofa@cashloren@simonateba PPP was given because the government interfered with business operations but the government isn’t forcing people to take loans for schools. There are jobs you can get w/o a degree or schools with cheaper tuition. Education is meant to be an investment.
@KemetSankofa@cashloren@simonateba The PPP loans were intended to help business keep people on payroll during a pandemic that saw a lot of regulations added to businesses and hurt them from being able to operate as normal. Wouldn’t say it’s the same.
@MailePRMedia@rharbach4@real_defender@KamalaHarris Also if the number of people with grants are less than the number of houses available… wouldn’t they already lose out to conventional offers? We already dont have enough houses for people who want to buy them so how would this actually help them?
@MailePRMedia@rharbach4@real_defender@KamalaHarris It won’t work the way I’m imagining bc I was thinking it would be for all FHA loans. But apparently it’s just for 1st generational home buyers. My parents owned a house when I bought my first home so I would only get $10,000 under this plan but a house price limit isn’t listed
@MailePRMedia@rharbach4@real_defender@KamalaHarris Exactly…So home sellers will assume a FHA offer has the additional $25,000. They are more likely not to be willing to negotiate down on price when they already have a disadvantage of accepting a non-conventional loan with stricter inspection requirements.
@MailePRMedia@rharbach4@real_defender@KamalaHarris When you submit an offer on a home you have to clarify what type of loan you are going to be using. Most sellers will choose a conventional offer over an FHA offer because FHA are harder to pass inspections.
@jamesrpickett @L____B_____ @IAmSomebody87 @Logically_JC Didn’t you realize that “someone” meant anyone but you, James 😂. They don’t want men’s input unless it’s to help frame a judgmental question towards women who think differently than them.
@Travisb341@realFishchaser@sauvamemte House prices are crazy but at least you’d be gaining equity with every mortgage payment unlike with your rent. If you put basic work into most houses you can turn around and sell it for more within a year or so too which also helps move up.
@MathiasRusted @ogFergieV @wsliger@Souper__Douper@stoolpresidente@GovTimWalz Wouldn’t that mean he was never officially a CSM then since it required a level of training he never completed? It was just a provisional rank that wasn’t officially earned so they removed it once he tried to retire?
