I'll be 31 in 14 days.

3 years ago I was severely depressed living the same day over & over again with no purpose.

I had to make a decision or risk staying the same.

Now I'm building a soul-driven business with a vision of freedom.

Currently on my mind:

Change is hard.
Its exciting when it feels fresh and your mind thinks of all the new possibilities that come with a new chapter..

But...the other side of the coin..

Grief.
Sadness.
Letting go.

It feels good to let go
Especially what no longer serves

What's difficult is...
Saying goodbye to the good stuff

Its not even a goodbye but a transformation

A transformation takes place where the energy of something you love (comfort, patterns, relationships with people etc) shift.

The more you hold on, the longer you'll feel stuck.

Gratitude & Acceptance is born.

Be grateful for the gifts you've been given.

Accept what has been with love and appreciation.

Savor the now
But welcome change

What's meant for you

Everything happens for a reason.

Life has been really testing me with another transition & flip.

A chance for me to find my ground again & keep pursuing my vision.

I've taken a step back from X lately to take care of things...

But...I'm on my way back with

more energy
more confidence
& more myself

The "not giving a fuck what others think" mindset has been setting in for me & it's very freeing.

I challenge it everyday.

It's a process just like everything else.

Even just writing this just to get it out pushes up against what I feel like I "should do"

I'm so over giving my lower self the stage to speak & drive my actions.

Whatever.

I'm excited to be back in a space with people who inspire & share support.
