My student debt has and will set me back for multiple years, even though i’m making $609 payment 2/3

@Texas__Bulldog @camilaguilar_ @mamasathome_ that’s not a lease i’ve signed. i am looking for another place to rent currently. There are MULTIPLE landlords around me that have what i described in the “terms and conditions.”
I’ve always swiped right out of it as soon as i see it. some landlords just want the extra income.

@Texas__Bulldog @camilaguilar_ @mamasathome_ there’s also the land lords who have the contract stating “any repairs needed must be made by the tenant. along with maintenance and outside work.” then still charging $1000 over the mortgage. why, when we (tenants) are made to pay for the upkeep?
