@ammacj@TheAlexHughes Votes begat seats. It’s the number of seats which win the election. More seats for independence than the union. Looks like a democratic mandate for a referendum which the parliament voted for. Why is Westminster not interested in upholding democracy?

The Scottish Parliament has passed a mandate to ask Westminster to devolve the powers required to hold a Scottish independence referendum.
We the people of Scotland wish democracy to be upheld with the immediate powers transfered.
