@SenGillibrand True equality gives every life (even potential ones) equal opportunity to have the life which they are being created to be. Depriving them of that equal Right means the person doing so does not stand for equality or Rights. Real Rights don’t take away another’s chance for Rights.
@RepKarenBass I’m curious as to your stance on the Europeans coming and taking this land from the Indigenous persons, which led to the ultimate establishment of The United States. Was it wrong to do that to those indigenous individuals?
My opinion is that anyone doing this should at least supply a “more about the author” source, where their real identity can be established as owners of legal advice/opinion given.
JW uncovered docs describing a quid pro quo from the Obama State Dept which offered the FBI more legal attaché positions if it would downgrade a redaction in an email found during the Hillary Clinton email investigation “from classified to something else."

@BooksforLawyers@ABAJournal@DaveCullen@LegalTalkNet The shootings aren’t changing us, but rather the way these events are being exploited by media & politicians is causing negative changes in our society.
The Committee is effectively saying that there should no longer be consequences for wrongdoing in The United States.
This is a disgrace to all who value the lawful order our system was designed to bring.
After JW's complaint, the Senate Ethics Committee has refused to take action on Senator Cory Booker, who admitted he willfully violated Senate rules by releasing 'Committee Confidential' docs on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s time as WH counsel.

1/ In New Prime, J. Gorsuch accurately summarizes what I've described as statutory originalism: "words generally should be ‘interpreted as taking their ordinary . . . meaning . . . at the time Congress enacted the statute"

@eloiseat6 @tedlieu@ForAmerica This conversation is over. Nobody benefits from an online squabble over what an individual purports to know. My position remains that children have Rights, which get ignored by adults, and need to be fought for. The semantics of which arena the fight is in doesn’t matter.
@danwentzel@tedlieu@ForAmerica Go back and read each of my comments. You will find no such thing from me. You made an assumption, and from then forward have attempted to make this something it should not be.
@danwentzel@tedlieu@ForAmerica There is no genetic evidence that sexuality is determined by nature, rather than a psychological impact (good or bad) at any age. It is nothing like eye color, or any other genetic feature. That being said, why must this be made a gay/straight thing. Both should protect innocence
@danwentzel@tedlieu@ForAmerica The “everyday” kiss is not done as a show/entertainment for children & families. Trying to convolute things by making one the same as the other, is like saying that micro-evolution is the same as macro-evolution. Protect a child’s right to become themselves.
@tedlieu@ForAmerica If the focus is on gender relations, rather than the power of love to triumph over evil, then no it would not be appropriate. It is the responsibility of adults to protect the innocence of children, so they truly decide what they want over what adults teach them to want.
