Joy Behar: “I’m so tired of Donald Trump, I can barely talk about him anymore. I am so sick of his stupidity, his dishonor, the way he talks about people, the way he presents himself to children, the way he curses and swears about people, the fact he’s so incompetent at what he does, the fact these Republicans stick by him no matter what. Why are Americans putting up with this?”
@danielsgoldman You accused Lander of antisemitism by trying to hold him accountable for the words of a Republican-backed nut-job running in a Democratic primary in Texas - that’s when you lost my vote. Talk about cheap shot.
When we win, the first bill I’m filing is a comprehensive anti-corruption package:
Overturn Citizens United
Ban corporate PACs and super PACs
Ban members of Congress from trading stocks
Once we defeat the most corrupt politician in America, we can defeat this corrupt system.
This is an astonishing document. Not a single war aim has been achieved, but Iran receives enormous financial incentives, and even Hezbollah gets some benefits. What an absolute disaster. https://t.co/uj3990eh6q
Markwayne Mullin had the FDA delete warnings about the dangers of kratom, an addictive and sometimes lethal drug found in gas stations.
Mullin holds an up to $1 million stake in a major kratom company.
@TVietor08 What happened to all the expert assurances that even if the strait were to be opened tomorrow, oil prices wouldn’t come down in the near term? (Asking this genuinely as a Trump critic and critic of this foolish war.)
🚨BREAKING: Georgia state Rep. Tim Fleming, who campaigned on stricter voting laws and false claims about election fraud, won the GOP runoff for secretary of state, moving one step closer to becoming the top election official in the battleground state. https://t.co/R4xHOX8R1N
Sometimes I go back to when Biden was pulling out of Afghanistan and how breathless (and full of clear media bias) the coverage was. Trump started a war American soldiers were killed and wounded in with mixed justifications, lost it, and is just shrugging his shoulders at it.
@danielsgoldman@bradlander I’m truly puzzled by this; you said you take money from whoever is willing to give it to your PAC, which you spend on other campaigns (not your own), as if it matters to his point—that you take money from PACs. Lander’s point remains, without including your rationalization.
BREAKING: US officials have now confirmed in a briefing that Iran will get full access to a total of $100 billion in frozen funds and the $300 billion reconstruction fund, both included in the deal with implementation now underway, per WSJ.
More than $150 billion of the fund has already been committed, directly contradicting Trump's claims that the US would not contribute to the $300 billion fund, per Reuters.
@JonahDispatch In case you haven’t read an Israeli newspaper in a decade, you might have missed the fact that the current leaders of Israel are rabid right-wing extremists who are guilty of crimes against humanity. They will attack again - provoked or unprovoked.
@JonahDispatch I’m old enough to remember when Trump and the republicans dismantled as much of it as they could in Trump’s first term, tried to break it, definitely made it worse. But it’s better than no healthcare.
Polls show that only 15% of Americans approve of yesterday’s UFC spectacle on the White House grounds. But in this Palo Alto brothel/ketamine bar, that percentage feels much higher.
How the fuck do we have $300 billion to rebuild Iran after we spent $80 billion bombing it, when we don’t “have the money” for pediatric cancer research?
The US secretly approved a financial and maritime arrangement between Qatar and Iran, under which billions of dollars were paid to Tehran in exchange for free passage for Qatari tankers and ships through the Strait of Hormuz, three diplomatic officials now confirm.
This was a deliberate and conscious course of action by the US administration, which allowed its navy to turn a blind eye to the arrangement, in complete contradiction of its declared policy. The move was intended to ease the crisis in global energy markets and curb rising oil prices.

@MrsErikaKirk This is such a clear cut impeachable offense: using US taxpayer funding, property and soldiers for personal profit is the type of corrupt grift the removal powers were intended to remedy.
