Just out of a virtually deserted Royal Courts of Justice in Belfast, where both self represented parties at the Court of Appeal appeared by @Skype.

One of the parties was from London and was coughing frequently. #COVID19 😱

Northern Ireland Court of Appeal allowing some parties to appear by @Skype on the 20th of March.

Personally, I would encourage any party to a court hearing to turn up in person rather than appear by Skype.

I’ll blog about why at a later date.
