@CheshireEast when can we expect recycling bins that should have been emptied Jan 7th to be emptied- can’t report online as tool wasn’t working last week and now more than two days after collection and rubbish piling up

@Iberia@Iberia_en what appalling customer service you have. We are waiting for resolution for a claim for delayed baggage from June 11th. Have been offered an insultingly low amount and have emailed back, again to request a better settlement and heard nothing for over a week🤬
@imaginecurve please advise why 14 days after reporting a fraudulent transaction nothing has been done by yourselves leaving me stressed and out of pocket. Maybe @financialombuds or @CFPB would be interested in hearing about your shocking service
@MartinSLewis help please. Large appliance bought from @currys. Failed after 12 days, will not provide a replacement as say @samsung need to provide a returns number. @samsung say @currys know they don’t provide, going round in circles
@currys never ever have I been so frustrated at such poor customer service. Webchat sends you round in circles, phone number just gives you endless menu options and no human interaction. Spent £1300 on fridge freezer that after 12 days fails and no one helping me😡
