Just dey grind, and no break any law.. your children will also complain about the next Boriswave no worry.. even though they’re also the products of earlier waves.
Then one day, the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG) decided to introduce mandatory fees and permits for visiting Nigerian filmmakers. In retaliation, Nigerian producers restricted their use of Ghanaian actors in Nollywood productions.
Guess what happened years later?
So guys, I did a bit more research and apparently there are still places in the UK where you can get a 2-bedroom flat for around £450/month.
Burnley, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Hull, Bradford and a few others…
If you work remotely, what’s honestly stopping you from relocating?

A client got his car stolen , fortunately a tracker was installed in the car. He called me and informed me, i quickly rushed to my dealer’s app and started tracking the car, it was going on high speed along maiduguri road, i turned on the monitor mode and heard the conversations
My dad had a similar experience. He owned three FMCG stores in Yaba, Tejuosho to be precise. After the war he didn't even come back to Lagos immediately because he felt he might not be welcome.
Instead he moved to PH then to Sapele and started doing imports of sewing machines (many Igbo people started itinerant sewing which led them to Okrika).
He couldn't crack the business however so his friend who had moved to Cotonou asked him to come join him. On his way there he passed through Lagos and decided to stop by his former area (two full years after the war ended) and found out that his long term neighbor a Yoruba man had kept his 3 shops running, restocking it and keeping all the records.
When he saw my dad he told him he'd been looking for a way to reach him since the war ended, even sending messages but post war craziness meant no way to find him. He totaled the money he'd managed plus the cost of buying the stores and everything added up to £9,000.
That's what my dad took plus the £6,000 he made from selling off his old business and started doing shoe and textile imports in Lome from 1973 onwards.
Many such cases.

You sent your teen daughter to school with a cheap phone.
You hardly send her money, & she hardly calls you for money too.
She returns home with an iPhone 16.
You pretend like you didn't see it.
You know your daughter is prostituting to survive, but you won't say pim.
End.
The CEO of a $90 million market cap community bank in rural Indiana has not opened his email since 2017. His secretary, who has worked there since 1991, prints the important ones and puts them in a manila folder on his desk. He goes through the folder once a week, on Friday afternoons, with a red pen.
If he writes “OK” on it, she replies. If he writes nothing, she does not. If he writes “ask Carl,” she calls Carl, who is the EVP of lending, who does not have email either, but who has a flip phone that he answers on the second ring, always, except during the high school football game on Friday nights, during which the bank, as a matter of unspoken policy, does not exist.
The bank has $340 million in deposits, a 12% return on equity, no charge-offs in nine years, and trades at 0.79x tangible book value.
An investor relations consultant from Chicago flew out in 2019 to pitch them on building a website. They listened politely. They served him coffee. They did not build the website. The consultant is now divorced and works at a Chipotle.
The bank is going to be acquired in 2027 at 1.8x book by a regional that has spent four years trying to figure out how to even contact them, and which finally, in desperation, sent a letter, by mail, addressed to the CEO, who opened it, in his office, with a letter opener his father used, and who wrote on the bottom of the letter, in red pen, “OK,” and handed it to his secretary, and the deal closed six months later for $164 million in cash, and the secretary retired the following spring, and Carl bought a boat.

I say let me remind you.
About a year and a half ago, my wife — whom I’ve been married to for twenty years — had an affair. It took me about six months to actually figure out what was going on.
I’m in my forties. She is two years younger than me. And I will say this plainly: this was the last thing I saw coming
The craziest part on this Tunde’s story is this.
He wasn’t underpaid because the system failed him.
He was underpaid because the system worked exactly as designed.
One thing I’ve come to understand is this, quiet engineers are the most exploitable resource in tech, don’t let anyone wynnn you.
The moment you become visible, you become expensive.
And it’s no coincidence.
Now (since 2024) His Royal Majesty, the 14th Asagba of Asaba, Prof. Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge SAN OON.
This video went viral a few weeks ago: HRM serenading his wife, Valerie Azinge, PhD, SAN OFR, with Cardinal Rex Lawson's 1965 highlife classic “Love Mụ Adaure.” 🎶
Around 11 p.m. last night, I got a call from someone. They said there’s an accident along Illisan, and they have called an ambulance, no response. I asked them how long ago did they call the ambulance, they said 15min, I said it’s not possible for Ogun State ambulance to not respond in that timeframe because they are on a Trunk B road.
I asked which ambulance number they called. He said 112. I told him to call the Ogun State ambulance service number: 0811 200 0033 instead.
He called back 10min later. That Ogun State ambulance had arrived at the scene, and they were on their way to OOUTH.
When there’s an accident in Ogun State, call the Ogun State hotline FIRST before dialing 112. 112 is a short code, but the response time is not the same.
112 is a federal emergency line. They’ll do a lot of rerouting before they can locate you.
The Ogun State emergency service will locate you quickly because the operators know everywhere in the state.
{If you need proof that this happened, demand it, I’ll provide it}
Just take the information. Please.
Hmmm
From the 1st republic through the second, there were also permutations and combinations on Awolowo's possible successor as the leader of the yoruba progressive politics.
Who could carry on his vision, inherit his political structure and build upon his leadership foundations.
Awo did not lack for candidates. His rank and file boasted minds that were formidable in their own right - men neither lacking in oratory, nor wanting in insight, nor absent in political sagacity. The names alone commanded rooms:
Bola Ige, Lateef Jakande, Abraham Adesanya, Olabisi Onabanjo, Adekunle Ajasin....
Yet -
When the curtains closed in 1987, and Awolowo departed our realm to join the celestial company of ancestors, not one of the men he had personally groomed - despite their individual achievements, their popularity among their people, their loyalty, their devotion to the Awoism philosophy - was able to effectively succeed the Sage.
Effectively is the operative word.
Not every absence create a vacuum, Some create a void. And a man may be replaced in position, but not in presence. Not every man who departs leaves a space that the living can adequately occupy.
As it was for Awo - so it may be for Asiwaju.
His position will be replaced, but it is very unlikely we will find a man to replace his presence. And not even the Aregbesola you named - For he may have the political astuteness but he is grossly lacking in vision, strategic patience and native intelligence.
Men are not equal - not in sacrifice, not in timing, not in consequence.
Good Morning Severally...
