@VM_Sigh @SamaHoole I am hypothyroid and eat mostly carnivore. Sometimes my body screams for carbs which I then provide. But other than that, great. And I don’t believe my carnivore eating is what pushed my thyroid over the cliff. I believe it was the leaky gut from years of eating ‘healthy.’
