Parents: You’re raising a child, not an athlete. Teach them respect, hard work, how to be a good person. Show them what character & work ethic are. Hold them accountable. Teach them that they won’t ever get what they don’t earn. Strong, well-rounded kids find success much easier.
HS Parents:
Prior to complaining to your child’s coach about playing ask yourself 4 questions:
1 Does my child attend ALL practices?
2 Does my child spend xtra hrs on their game?
3 Has my child performed when given the chance?
4 Does my child want it as bad as I do?

Breaking News: Everybody in the stands & sidelines doesn’t know what’s best for a team! They don’t spend time w/ the team. They don’t see how players practice, their attitude, effort, they don’t know their academic standing, or what they bring to the table consistently.
Btw, Congrats to Coach Simms, coaches, and the @davishighdarts! Also some of our former players. Happy for them as well! Although we CAN’T STAND you guys, it’s good to see a region team on top. 3 out of the last 6? Maybe they’ll start to respect for up north a little bit?
Parents:
If you transfer your child to 4 different schools in 3yrs and they get the same production at each spot maybe that should tell you something. 🤷🏾♂️
